Payment is made by the Customer, subject to the receipt from the Contractor of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Customer. The customer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) days from the date of performance of works, provision of services and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the performance of services, works.
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out

Дополнительная информация к ТЗ
1. Работы выполняются на участке работ, местоположение – г. Бодайбо, ул. Железнодорожная, 27, в теплом помещении 30 м2.
2. Получение керна Подрядчиком – приемка керна на месте (распиловочных цех) у бурового подрядчика, для погрузочно-разгрузочных работ предоставляем автопогрузчик.
3. Подрядчик передает мешки с керновыми пробами – в мобильный комплекс пробоподготовки, расположенному на этой же базе
4. Передача керновых ящиков – на месте заказчику.
5. Электроэнергия – подключение и оплата за счет заказчика.
6. Проживание – на территории участка работ есть общежитие, стоимость на одного человека 900 рублей в суки. Договорные отношения исполнителя с арендатором базы.
7. Питание – в общежитие есть месть для приема пищи, организация питания нет. Готовить нужно самим или заказывать со стороны.
