Payment terms:The act of rendered services (hereinafter - the Act) transfers money to the current account of the Contractor with a delay of not less than 60 (Sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Act Parties. Calculations under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor specified in Article 16 of this Agreement, and can also have a different form of settlements that does not contradict legislation of the Russian Federation. (If the counterparty is SMSP, payment is made within 30 days)
