Payment terms:Payment for the Services actually rendered under the Agreement is made by the Customer, within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date the Contractor provides a properly executed original invoice, which the Contractor has the right to send to the Customer, provided that both Parties sign the Waste Transfer Act, the Act and the Contractor provides the Customer with an invoice - an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
1. Availability of a License to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
2. Pumping and removal of waste water from domestic and storm sewers is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation: Federal Law of 24.06.98 N 89-FZ "On Production and Consumption Waste", on the basis of a License for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes (FKKO waste code: 7 21 100 01 39 4; 7 21 800 01 39 4; 7 22 102 01 39 4.), in full compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological standards and environmental rules.
3. The transportation of wastewater from domestic and storm sewers must be carried out in accordance with the safety requirements for the transportation of hazardous waste in vehicles and in the presence of vehicles specially equipped and equipped with special signs.
4. Services are provided on the basis of the Customer's application no later than 12 hours before the time of pick-up, on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00 local time, with the obligatory indication of the number of flights and the address of the facility by phone specified by the Contractor in the Agreement.
5. The contractor is obliged to ensure, during the provision of services, the implementation of the necessary measures to comply with the rules of labor protection and safety, environmental protection, as well as to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of citizens in the area of service provision.
6. The contractor is obliged to ensure compliance with fire safety rules during the provision of services.
7. The Contractor is obliged to appoint a person responsible for the provision of services, information about which to provide the Customer.
8. The service provider is obliged to provide, at the request of the Customer, a certificate - a reconciliation of the placement of effluents at the treatment plant, (with the attachment of a valid agreement for the placement of effluents)
9. The contractor is obliged to eliminate all deficiencies in the services provided by the customer on his own and at his own expense, and within the time frame specified in the customer's claim.
