Bids submission deadline

Payment terms:
advance payment - not provided;
Payment is made in one of the following terms:
- within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificates of the services rendered - at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. inclusive;
- within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing of the act of delivery of the rendered services - with the contract price exceeding 5 million rubles;
- within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the services rendered - for SMEs (regardless of the price of the contract).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
