Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

To participate in this trading procedure, applicants need to provide:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the bidding).
2. Accounting balance of the organization for the last 2 calendar years.
3. Referent sheet, in case of lack of experience with the GC Rusagro (template applied to the bidding).
4. Scans of PTS own transport and transport lease agreement.
5. Contracts for maintenance and medical examinations.
6. License to carry out passenger traffic. All transport under paragraph 4 must be included in the license.
7. Consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance contributions) to recognition of information constituting tax secrecy, publicly available and receipt of this consent of the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
8. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to trades);
- consent to the disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the bidding);
- sanctions clause (attached to the bidding).
8. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide the full package of statutory documents according to Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
