Documents to be loaded:
1) The submitted application for participation should be accompanied by tap with appendices and contain the key information on the rendered volume of services, conditions and terms of rendering of services.
2) Please read carefully the Model edition of the contract of rendering services. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) Tap is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information on the fleet of equipment, SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
