1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TAP with appendices and contain key information on the scope of services provided, terms and conditions of services, information on the implementation of similar projects, permits for the provision of services according to this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in the TERMS of REFERENCE.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the service agreement, the Participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement that should be provided as part of the Offer, OR the Participant has the right to propose its own version of the service agreement. In the absence of proposals on the protocol of disagreements or the contract in the editorial office of the Participant, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the wording of the contract for the provision of services proposed by the Organizer of the procurement procedure.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
