Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

1. A cover letter indicating the cost of providing services and detailed cost calculation;
2. Completed offer card;
3. In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of submitting a commercial offer, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
- A letterhead and sealed consent to the processing of personal data addressed to the Managing Director of Kutynskaya GGC LLC Tarabarova Vasilina Valentinovna from the head and all founders of your organization;
- The Charter (in the latest edition) with all amendments and additions;
- Certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
- Certificate of tax registration;
- The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
- Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
- Formalized and sealed beneficiary questionnaire from the head and all founders of your organization.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
