Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Customer makes payment for the work performed in the amount of 100% of their value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work performed, provided that there are no claims for their quality and provided that the Customer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer , original contract and specifications. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.

Comments: Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out.
