Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer pays for the work performed in the amount of 100% of their value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work performed, provided there are no complaints about their quality and provided the Customer receives an account duly executed in the name of the Buyer , original contract and specification. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer of all of the above documents to the Buyer.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties with JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a current account in JSC "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for payment purposes within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals under the agreement, in respect of the conclusion of which a request for proposals was conducted.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.

The procurement participant must ALWAYS attach a quotation with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. The price offer and the conditions for the provision of services submitted through the ETP functional must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.
