Delivery terms:Services for the processing of metallized waste in the territory of the Customer. Start of work from 07/01/2020 to 12/31/2020

Comments:
1. Providing costing is required.
2. A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures are submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for filing applications.

If several stages are assigned in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of the selection. Otherwise, proposals will not be considered.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
