Payment terms:Payment of the cost of services is made by transferring funds by the Customer to the Carrier's current account no later than 30 calendar days after the Carrier submits to the Customer the original documents drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation:
• certificate of services rendered;
• invoice
• waybill;
• waybill.
The day of payment shall be the day the funds are credited to the Carrier's current account.
Delivery terms:Number of cars 2 units (12-meter Euro truck). The term of transportation is July 2020.
Transportation route: Tobolsk - Tula region Shchekino (JSC "Shchekinoazot").
Loading and unloading at the point of departure is carried out by the contractor, at the delivery point by the customer.

1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms for the provision of the service), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form participant of this procedure on the letterhead of his organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

By providing on request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- Certificate TIN;
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full compliance with the statement of work;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT

Validity of the proposal of the participants - at least 30 days.

Bids will be considered only submitted in accordance with the requirements of the tender.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, THE ORGANIZER IN THE LAW DOES NOT CONSIDER THIS OFFER.

Note: this request for price is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
