Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out

Comments: We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procurement participant must attach a commercial proposal in the form of the Customer (Appendix No. 1) with the signature of the person in charge, additionally in an editable format.
It is also necessary to attach a commercial offer signed by the responsible person on the letterhead, a quality certificate and a certificate of conformity, an official dealer agreement, a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of required documents is indicated in Appendix No. 3).
The price offer submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
