1. Availability of permits, licenses, certificates for the provision of services.

4. 5. Execution of the application no later than 16 hours from the date of receipt of the application, and for the transportation of bulky and heavy cargo (CG and TG) no later than 72 hours from the receipt of the application.
6. Willingness to conclude a contract for the provision of transport services on all terms of the Customer.

5. The Contractor provides the Customer with a range of services in full and on the terms stipulated by the Agreement.
6. To provide services, acquire the necessary permits and passes, including one-time for the transportation and towing of bulky and heavy goods for the right to travel on roads at their own expense.
7. Ensure the safety of the transported cargo and equipment. In the event of damage to the transported cargo and equipment of the Customer through the fault of the Contractor and the downtime (unproductive work) of the links, teams of the Customer, arising in connection with this, the Customer has the right for the downtime period to expose to the Contractor a fine in the amount of the cost of downtime (non-productive work) of the drilling rig (by type of BU ) based on the cost of one hour of downtime. In addition, the Contractor reimburses the cost of repairing damaged equipment on the basis of documents confirming the costs of the Customer.
8. The Contractor is obliged at his own expense and on his own to ensure the installation of "instruments" of satellite control over vehicles, in the logistics department of LLC MC Tatburneft (for 3 workplaces on the written instructions of the Customer) of his own transport, as well as the Sub-Contractor and / or rented performing work at the Customer's facilities in the "on-Line" mode, as well as in the event log mode. Satellite navigation information must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
9. Willingness to comply with all the requirements of the instruction "Transport Security" (annex to the contract).
10. A guarantee for compliance with the requirements of the Customer in the field of health, safety and environmental protection, compliance with the legislation on the protection of subsoil, the environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, traffic rules when operating equipment, as well as ensure the safety of passengers during their transportation.

15. Delay (non-arrival) of the vehicle - from 2 to 4 hours The Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 5,000 (five thousand) rubles, from 4 to 8 hours The Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles, from 8 to 12 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 20,000 (twenty thousand) rubles, and for every subsequent -12 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 30,000 (thirty thousand ) rubles.
16. Provide replacement (repair) of the vehicle at the expense of the Contractor no more than 2 hours, excluding the time for the delivery of the vehicle from the main base of the Contractor, but no longer than 4 hours.
17. Provide the Customer with a list of officials within 10 calendar days from the date of signing this Agreement (indicating the position, full name, contact phone number), obliged at the invitation of the Customer to arrive at the specified place and authorized to participate in the commissions to investigate cases of non-compliance or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. In case of changes in the list, within 5 working days, inform the Customer in writing about the changes.
18. If penalties are imposed by PJSC ANK Bashneft and other customers for well construction through the fault of the Contractor, the Contractor shall reimburse the Customer for the losses incurred in this connection in the amount of the fines.
19. The customer can unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, change the cost of the lot downward.
20. It is necessary to provide attachments No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 in excel format (a list of the main and additional drilling equipment, as well as the terms of transportation of the drills).
