Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The price for the services of the Forwarder is a fee for the freight forwarding services of the Forwarder and includes all, without exception, the possible costs of the Forwarder for the execution of the contract. The cost of services related to the international transportation of goods is subject to VAT at a rate of 0% in accordance with paragraphs. 2.1. Clause 1, Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment for services is made upon delivery of services by the Forwarder on behalf of the forwarder within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt by the Client of the original invoice and the signing by the Parties of the act on the provision of services (performance of work).
