Availability of a personal manager;
Rendering of services is carried out on requests of the customer. The application for transportation of cargo to TC is served 24 hours before the moment of loading. Within 2 (two) hours TC is obliged to provide data on the car and power of attorney for the driver who goes to the flight (paragraph 4.4 of the approved contract Annex № 1 to the tender documentation). Drivers are required to come to the loading at 8 am, unless otherwise specified in the application. The driver considers the goods for loading and unloading;
The Contractor shall notify the customer of the location of the vehicle;
Additional services in the form of packing and storage of cargoes are not required. The functions of the driver-forwarder are necessary;
