Comments: 1. Transportation must be carried out during the validity period of the winter road 2020 -2021.
2. Registration of permits for the carriage of goods, preparation of access roads, loading and unloading operations are carried out by the carrier.
3. In the commercial offer, in addition to the total cost, it is necessary to indicate the cost of transportation for each separate category of cargo.
4. It is necessary to provide documentation on similar shipments for the last 2 years, indicating the customers for whom the transportation was carried out and the volume of transportation.
5. It is necessary to provide valid contracts with suppliers of transport services (river or sea transport, railway transport).
6. It is necessary to provide a list of cars from your own vehicle fleet.
7. Distances and access roads indicated in the attached diagrams may differ from real ones.
8. To prepare access roads, there is a high probability that it will be necessary to build a 45 km long winter road with the construction of two ice crossings.
