1. Payment of the cost of services is made by transferring funds by the Customer to the account of the Contractor no later than 90 days after signing the act of services (work), invoices, executed transport documents confirming the volume of services rendered and acts of reconciliation of settlements.
2. Primary documents by the Contractor shall be provided to the Customer no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one. At the same time, the Customer considers the documents submitted by the Contractor (invoices, acts of rendered services and transport documents, waybills confirming the volume of services rendered) within 20 (twenty) days from the receipt of the original invoices, acts of work performed, and primary documentation .

1. Available shall be all the necessary permits, licenses, and certificates for service provision.
2. The presence of the required number of working special equipment in a condition suitable for the transportation of an appropriate set of drilling equipment and moving teams, units, according to the schedule provided by the Customer and the list of transported drilling equipment BU (Appendix No. 1-12).
3. The execution of the application no later than 16 hours from the date of receipt of the application, and for the transportation of bulky and heavy cargo (KG and TG) no later than 72 hours from the date of receipt of the application.
4. Willingness to conclude an agreement on all conditions of the Customer.
5. Price fixing for the entire contract period.

"one. Providing a range of services for the relocation of a set of drilling equipment BU.
2. The Contractor is obliged, at his own expense and on his own, to ensure the installation of "satellite control" tools, to the logistics department of UK Tatburneft LLC (for 3 workplaces upon the Customer’s written order) of his own transport, as well as a Subcontractor and / or rented person performing work on Customer facilities in the on-Line mode, as well as in the event log mode. Information on the operation of satellite navigation must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
3. Ensure the implementation of the scope of work in accordance with the schedule of transportation of drilling equipment, relocation. If there are reasons that do not allow to ensure the transportation schedule, as well as in the event of breakdown of special equipment, immediately inform the Customer and take measures to ensure the departure of the necessary equipment or arrange for its replacement with the same, within 4 hours, as well as reload and tie the drilling equipment to replaceable equipment on their own and at their own expense.
4. The Contractor agrees to comply with the Customer’s requirements in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection ("Requirements in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection when performing work at facilities at the Customer’s well construction sites, mandatory documents, passes for drivers , transport for travel to the Customer’s facilities.
5. The Contractor provides the Customer with a range of services in full and on the conditions provided for by the Agreement.
6. To provide services, acquire the necessary permits and permits, including one-time permits for transportation and towing of bulky and heavy cargo, for the right to travel on highways at their own expense.
7. Ensure the safety of the transported goods and equipment. In the event of damage to the Customer’s transported cargo and equipment due to the Contractor’s fault and due to the downtime (unproductive work) of the Customer’s units, teams, the Customer has the right to set a fine for the Contractor in the amount of the cost of the downtime (unproductive work) of the drilling rig (by type of control unit) ) based on the cost of one hour of downtime. In addition, the Contractor reimburses the cost of repairing damaged equipment on the basis of documents confirming the costs of the Customer.
8. Ensure that drivers have properly executed documents for the unhindered implementation of the transportation schedule (waybills, passes, certificates, permits for the transportation of bulky and heavy cargo).
6. Ensure the delivery of cargo to the destinations indicated in the Customer’s application and hand it over to a person entitled to receive the cargo with registration of consignment notes in 3 (three) copies.
9. Willingness to comply with all requirements of the instruction "Transport Security" "(annex to the contract).
10. Warranty on compliance with the Customer's requirements in the field of HSE, environmental protection, environmental protection, compliance with legislation on the protection of subsoil, environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, traffic rules during the operation of equipment.
11. For failure to provide one unit of a vehicle that does not require a permit for bulky and heavy cargo, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 20,000 (twenty thousand) rubles, but for not providing one unit of the vehicle, which requires a permit for bulky and heavy cargo, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 30,000 (thirty thousand) rubles.
12. Delay (not arrival) of the vehicle - from 2 to 4 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 5,000 (five thousand) rubles, from 4 to 8 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 10 000 (ten thousand) rubles, from 8 to 12 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 20 000 (twenty thousand) rubles, as well as for each subsequent -12 hours, the Contractor pays the Customer a fine in the amount of: 30,000 (thirty thousand) rubles.
13. Submit to the Customer a list of officials within 10 calendar days from the date of signing of this Agreement (indicating the position, full name, contact phone number) obligated at the invitation of the Customer to arrive at the specified place and authorized to participate in commissions to investigate cases of non-fulfillment or improper performance of obligations under this contract. In case of making changes to the list, within 5 working days to inform the Customer in writing about the changes.
14. The customer may unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, change the value of the lot in the direction of reduction.
