Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of services of the carrier is made by the customer on the fact of rendering services in the amount of 100% at the expiration of the month, by cashless settlement on the basis of the invoice within 10 (ten) banking days.
Delivery terms:term of rendering of services – within 1 (one) year from the date of signing of contract for provision of services, with possibility of prolongation.

Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer any civil legal obligations in respect of the participants of the purchase.
