Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

!!! Be sure to attach, together with the commercial proposal, a license to carry out activities and an official confirmation of readiness to carry out transportation from 01.03.2021.

!!! Attach a list of vehicles with indication of capacity, state number, ownership / rent.

Lot 19 Assumes the indication of the cost per 1 km of transportation of employees on possible new routes during the year. The cost will be fixed in the contract and used to calculate the cost of a round trip on new routes.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
