Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the certificate of services rendered.
Delivery terms:According to the requests of the Customer during 2021.
The term for providing transport with a crew and escort (security) is no more than 36 HOURS from the moment the application is received in any of the following ways: by phone / fax, by e-mail, through a messenger, etc.
Requirements for the Contractor:
- The services provided by the tender are provided by the Contractor independently. If third parties are involved, the Contractor bears full responsibility to the Customer for the services rendered (work performed) by such persons. The Contractor has the right to involve third parties in the performance of duties only with the written consent of the Customer.
- Provide services in full, according to the type of work and requirements for the participant of the competition.
- Ensure the proper quality of services: overloading is not allowed, it is necessary to have a tachograph and satellite devices, ADR (UN) dangerous goods markings, flashing beacons, etc.
- Provide timely monthly (no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting month) provision of reporting documents.
- The cost of work in excess of that indicated in the comm. proposal is agreed with the Customer without fail. Include 1 km in the price. run time waiting for loading / unloading, driver rest time.

Comments:
