Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy-five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of the Goods / Certificate of Services Rendered, subject to the provision of the originals of the primary documents.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Acceptance and Transfer of the Goods / Certificate of Services Rendered, subject to the provision of the originals of the primary documents.
