Обоснование: На основании принятого решения об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе предложений в электронной форме всех предложений участников запроса предложений в электронной форме, в соответствии с п. 3 ч. 5 ст. 42 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Тольятти» и п.п.3 п. 6.5. ст. 6 Раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений в электронной форме запрос предложений в электронной форме признается несостоявшимся и заказчиком принято решение о закупке у единственного поставщика (исполнителя, подрядчика).
