Payment terms:
1. Advance is not provided.
2. The priority payment requirement is payment within 60 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient.
At the same time, if it is impossible to accept these payment terms, the Applicant may offer an alternative, however, the Organizer has the right not to consider these offers.

The deadline for delivery to the base of LLC "SMU-4" (PBH) is 01/31/2020.
Lot 1. Transportation of machinery, car-houses and equipment
The amount of cargo transported and the timing of transportation can be adjusted, while the cost per unit remains fixed.
The final amount is formed according to the executed Applications for the carriage of goods (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement)

2. Preparation of the necessary set of documents and registration of passes for vehicles and personnel is carried out by the carrier.

The participants of this procedure MUST attach the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL of the applicant and the documents according to clause 10 simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, as well as a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the timing of the work), signed by an authorized person, to the electronic proposals to the participants in this procedure and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure (the form is attached). In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

6. Terms of service:

7. Transportation route:
Lot 1. Transportation of machinery, carriages and equipment along the route "Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Pashshorskoye field base of LLC SMU-4 - Nenets Autonomous Okrug, village Kharyaginsky base of LLC SMU-4 (PBH)".
The place of loading is the base of LLC SMU-4 at the Pashshorskoye field, the place of unloading of PBH LLC SMU-4 of the village of Kharyaginsky (along the winter road).
8. Cost of services:
The cost of transportation takes into account all the Carrier’s costs for the delivery of machinery, equipment and carriages from the loading point to the unloading point, as well as other costs arising from the provision of this service.
9. Conditions of carriage: according to the attached draft contract.
10. To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer (according to the attached form);
- Copies of TCP for equipment planned for the provision of services;
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Customer;
- A letter stating that all costs for the provision of services are included in the price of the commercial offer;
- A letter of agreement with the terms of payment for the work performed and the timing of the work;
- Letter on the provision of services on their own;
- Charter;
- Certificate of registration of a legal entity, re-registration and tax registration at the location;
- Licenses, if the performed works, services relate to the type of activity subject to licensing;
- Balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last reporting period, audit report;
- VAT and income tax declaration for the last reporting period;
- IFTS certificate on the fulfillment by the taxpayer of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, fines, interest and the status of tax payments (not older than 30 days);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) (not older than 30 days);
- Information about the applicable taxation regime and, if the organization applies the simplified taxation system, the notification of the tax authority on the transition to a simplified taxation system;
- Card with samples of signatures and stamps;
- Information about the location of the counterparty at the place of registration, actual location (documents confirming the right to lease, ownership of accommodation facilities);
- Copy of the passport of the head and (or) the person signing the contract by the counterparty;
- Copy of the order on the appointment of the chief accountant;
- Information about experience, technical equipment, availability of bases, number and qualifications of personnel (Appendix No. 1-3);
- Information on reviews and recommendations (Appendix No. 4).
