This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Proposal Procedure therefore does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.

The Contractor has the right to ask the Customer for clarification of this documentation. Requests for clarification of documentation must be made in writing on the trading floor.
