Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, provision of services) and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate (Performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).

Transportation is carried out "turnkey" on the terms of delivery of reinforced concrete products to the place of delivery (2 bases, according to the delivery schedule), by the Carrier's forces and means. The carrier must independently arrange the loading of precast concrete into the wagons.

Обращаем внимание, что при прочих равных условиях, предпочтение может быть отдано участнику запроса предложений, который:
1. Использует систему электронного документооборота (ТИПОВОЕ Соглашение об ЭДО) или готов, в течении 3 календарных дней, после информирования от организатора процедуры о признании победителем в запросе предложений, подключиться к системе ЭДО.
