Comments:
A commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, name, patronymic, place of residence (for an individual), bank details of the Participant;
2. TS in the property / lease;
3. Unit price: the price should be indicated in Russian rubles (specify with VAT or without VAT);
4. Delivery time (in working or calendar days);
5. Warranty period / expiry date (for goods and materials, work, services, etc.);
6. Payment terms: Recommended conditions of GC RUSAGRO - 100% deferral of payment no earlier than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery (services);
7. Data on business reputation: realized projects, experience with GC Rusagro, readiness to provide a full set of documents for financial and tax reporting (attachment of reporting for 2016-2017 is mandatory);
8. All information from TK should be contained in the Commercial Proposal (otherwise the KP will not be accepted for consideration);
9. Date of compilation and validity of the commercial offer (expiry of the validity period not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
10. Acceptable amount of penalties for violation of the deadline for the fulfillment of obligations;
11. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
