Documents to be loaded:
1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the tap with the annexes and contain key information on the volume of services (consolidated estimate), conditions and terms of service provision.
2) Please read carefully the Model edition of the contract of rendering services. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) Tap is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer the appropriate volume of civil obligations.
