| Payment terms: | Payment for the services provided for by the Assignment is carried out by the Customer upon the fact of the services rendered within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued. |
