Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services in the preparation and conduct of events aimed at improving the efficiency of managers, as well as organizing events (conferences, coach sessions, round tables) aimed at developing senior managers and strategic development of nuclear industry enterprises Customer, based on the number of services provided and the cost of each service specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, transfers to the Contractor the amount of money on the basis of the invoice issued within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the Universal Transfer Documents, but not earlier than the receipt of funds to the Customer's current account under the Main Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
