1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Settlement for the stages of the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a delay of no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Settlement for the stages of the Services provided and accepted by the Customer is carried out with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) report
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
