Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for services is made by the Customer on the invoices issued by the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on the provision of services after each stage.
The services specified in clauses 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 of the Terms of Reference are provided in 2 stages.
For services specified in clause 2.1.1. the cost of the first stage is 30% of the total cost of services specified in clause 2.1.1 of this Terms of Reference, the cost of the second stage is 70%.
For services specified in clause 2.1.2. the cost of the first stage is 30% of the cost of services specified in clause 2.1.2. of the present Technical Assignment, the cost of the second stage is 70%.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
