Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1. In accordance with the need for labor resources, the Client agrees with the Contractor the number of employees and the timing of their provision to perform certain works.
The Client draws up Additional Agreements, which reflect:
- list of professions;
- price-determining characteristics (including the cost of 1 person / hour);
- other conditions that the Parties consider necessary and essential.
Additional agreements are drawn up in the form accepted by the Client and are agreed by the Contractor no later than 3 (three) business days before the start of the services on them.
The services performed by the Contractor without duly formalizing the Additional Agreements are not accepted by the Client and are not paid for.
2. The price of the Agreement is determined as the sum of the cost of services for all Appendices to the Agreement, duly executed during the term of the Agreement. The cost of services is determined based on the Act for the provision of services performed by the Contractor's personnel and the cost of 1 person / hour.
3. Upon the provision of services, the Contractor draws up an act of provision of services and sends it to the Client for approval. The act is considered accepted by the Client only after approval (signing). The approved Act for the provision of services serves as the basis for issuing an invoice and invoice by the Contractor.
4. The invoice is issued by the Contractor within 5 (five) business days after the bilateral signing of the act of rendering services.
5. Payment for the services provided under the Agreement is made by the Client within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Contractor provides the invoice on the basis of the service provision certificate.
6. All payments under the Agreement are made in rubles at the Contractor's bank details specified in the Agreement. In the event of a change in the details, the Contractor is obliged to immediately notify the Client in writing.
Otherwise, the Contractor does not receive payment under the Agreement, as well as delays in payment for the specified reason, the Client is not responsible and claims in this regard will not be accepted.
Terms of payment: advance payment - not provided, 100% payment upon delivery of services.
7. If the Client does not send a reasoned refusal and does not provide a signed certificate of delivery and acceptance of services within the specified period, the services are considered accepted by the Contractor and are subject to payment.
8. On a quarterly basis, the Parties are obliged to reconcile settlements for obligations arising from the executed Agreement and sign the Reconciliation Acts in 2 copies.
The client signs the reconciliation act received from the Contractor within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt and returns one copy to the Contractor, or, if there are disagreements, sends a protocol of disagreements to the Contractor.
