Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The offer form is given in Appendix 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted to the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group without a commercial proposal completed in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
