Payment terms:расчеты по Договору производятся путем перечисления Покупателем денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в размере стоимости поставленного товара за отчетный период. Отчетным периодом является 1 месяц. Оплата производится на основании выставленного Поставщиком счета на сумму поставленных за отчетный период товаров. Счет принимается к оплате при наличии подписанных Сторонами товарных накладных (унифицированная форма ТОРГ - 12) на сумму, указанную в счете. Оплата производится в течение 20 (двадцати) рабочих дней после получения Покупателем надлежаще оформленного счета
Delivery terms:в течение 12 месяцев с момента подписания Договора. Срок поставки товара: не более чем 21 (двадцать один) день с момента поступления заявки поставщику
