Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

For participation in the procurement procedure necessarily reinforced the following documents:
1. Quotation on the letterhead of the Organization, indicating the following information:
- terms of delivery of the equipment, installation, dismantling in calendar days from the date of receipt of the application from the customer;
- prices for each procurement position indicated on the electronic;
- the warranty period for the equipment and work;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of GK Rusagro);
- experience in the market of years experience with Rusagro-years;
2. Reference list.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
