Payment terms:Payment is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the moment of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed (services rendered) and the submission of the original invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:1. Involvement of third parties is permissible.
2. The work is carried out on the territory of the Contractor.
3. The physical scope of work is determined as required.
4. Provide services within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the application from the Customer and the transfer of the device to the Contractor.
5. Delivery of measuring instruments to the Contractor (up to 300 km from Almetyevsk) is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer, and over 300 km at the expense of the Contractor.
