Payment terms:
1. Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation and travel expenses.
2. Payment of 100% within 60 banking days after signing the act of completed works
3. Payment for the work can be carried out by the Customer by transferring to the Contractor a bank bill of the Security Council of the Russian Federation with a maturity of 30 days. The transfer of the promissory note is carried out according to the act of acceptance and transfer.
4. If the Supplier refuses to fulfill the obligations under the concluded Contract, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 20% of the contract value.
Delivery terms:
Verification is carried out in accordance with the list both on the territory of El 6 Novosibirsk and on the territory of the Contractor. In the case of verification further Novosibirsk, the cost of transportation costs must be included in the TCH.
The term of rendering services is 15 (fifteen) working days from the 1st (first) working day following the day of receipt of SI, IO, Products by the Contractor

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
