Payment terms:Цена работ должна быть указана с учетом затрат на транспорт, уплату налогов, замену запчастей и других обязательных платежей. Цена должны быть фиксированной на протяжении всего срока действия договора.
Расчет за выполненные объемы работ осуществляется путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет исполнителя до 10 (десятого) числа месяца, следующего за отчетным. Оплата производится на основании актов о приемке выполненных работ (форма КС-2) и выставленных исполнителем счетов (при необходимости других расчетных документов.
