Payment terms:Payment for the cost of services is made within 90 days after the Customer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Non-cash - Payment order. Calculation by products of OOO Mechel-Materials is possible.
Delivery terms:1. year - from the date of the conclusion of the contract, 2021-2022 according to the requests of the Customer.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, 454047, Chelyabinsk, 2nd Paveletskaya str., 14.
Comments:
This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer has the right to refuse all incoming proposals without imposing responsibility.

Settlement procedure: Deferral of payment will be a priority when choosing a Service Provider.

It is possible to submit proposals through the electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from those who previously registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's email address ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
All proposals must be sent to the email address of the Organizer's enterprise Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
