Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Client pays the cost of the Services in advance for periods equal to 12 (twelve) months, based on the invoices issued by the Supplier, within 5 (five) business days from the date of invoicing. The parties have the right to agree on a different paid period. The Supplier issues invoices no later than 20 (twenty) business days prior to the onset of each billing period, with the exception of the first invoice, which is issued within two business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
Payment under the Agreement is made by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
