Payment for work performed:
is carried out on the basis of the original invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account, after documentary confirmation in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's provision of Services, within 40 (forty) business days from the date of signing of the Act on the provision of services by the Customer, and after receipt by the Customer the original Invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
