Payment terms:Payment of the cost of services is made within 90 days after receipt by the Customer of invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order. Possible calculation of products of LLC "Mechel-Materials".
Delivery terms:2020 (based on the Customer's requests).

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability.

Settlement procedure: Deferral of payment will be a priority when choosing the Service Provider.

It is possible to submit proposals through the electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from pre-registered in the System, but did not receive EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
Submission of proposals to the Organizer's e-mail address is completed within 4 hours before the end of the request for proposals.
All proposals should be sent to the e-mail address of the Organizer's company Tender_MM@mechel.ru.
