The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - 100% payment after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of completed works.
2. Attach a TAP indicating all the parameters of the equipment offered for rent, specify the following information: make, year of manufacture, ownership / lease.
3. Agreement with the terms of the terms of reference.
4. Attach the documents of employees for the right to manage each type of leased equipment.
5. Confirm the consent to perform the work during the specified period.
6. Confirm the serviceable technical condition of the equipment throughout the entire period of operation.
7. Confirm the readiness of transportation of equipment to the place of work by the Contractor.

Other requirements and explanations:
The Customer provides the Contractor with fuel to perform the work (except transportation).

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
