| Payment terms: | The Subscriber pays for the Services provided by the Provider and accepted by the Subscriber in the relevant reporting period by transferring funds to the Provider's account specified in Section 13 of this Agreement on the basis of bilaterally signed Acts on the provision of services drawn up in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement. The Subscriber makes payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the provision of services on the basis of the invoice. |
