Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for services is made by the Customer within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered and the Report, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor for payment. The date of fulfillment of payment obligations is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements specified in the documentation for this request.

The Contractor shall provide to the Customer monthly, no later than the 3rd working day of the month following the Reporting Period:
-two copies of the report on the provision of services in the Reporting period (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") in documentary form, certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the Contractor
-the act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered in two copies, certified by the signatures of the authorized person and the seal of the Contractor;
-An agreed list of reports in electronic form;
-invoice for payment of services rendered in the Reporting period;
-invoice, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
In case of disagreement with the data specified in the Report and/or the Act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered, the Customer, no later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of these documents, sends a claim to the Contractor, indicating the existing objections. The Parties undertake to eliminate the disagreements that have arisen within 10 (ten) working days, after which the Contractor corrects the accounting and payment documents and sends them to the Customer for payment;
If the Customer agrees with the data specified in the Report and the Act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered, the Customer, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of these documents, signs the Act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered and the Report and sends one of the copies of the Act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered and the Report to the Contractor;
