На основании п. 5.5.13 приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО «ЭнергосбыТ Плюс» предлагается заключить договор с ООО "ВСС-КИРОВ"- единственным участником закупки, на условиях письма о подаче оферты №146 от 26.08.2019г.
