Bids submission deadline

Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 business days from the date of signing the documents confirming the counterparty's fulfillment of obligations under the contract, provided that the documents for payment (SMEs) executed in compliance with the established norms are received.

The Customer shall settle accounts with the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
