Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Settlements for services rendered are made monthly no later than the 10th (tenth) day of the month following the settlement, on the basis of the Certificate of Services Rendered signed by the Customer, as well as an invoice issued for payment by transferring funds to the Contractor's account, subject to the Contractor providing original payment documents, stipulated by the contract and / or the Terms of Reference.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
