- terms of payment (Recommended conditions of RUSAGRO Group of Companies -100% deferral for 45 calendar days)
- deadline
- warranty period for materials and work

2. A reference list reflecting similar work experience, incl. with RUSAGRO Group

3. Documents of financial statements.

4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract: tax clause and consent to disclose trade secrets. These documents are attached to the tender.
